Children's Day 2020 - PRIMARY:
“The children of today will make the India of tomorrow. The way we bring them up will determine the future of our community and the country.”
The commendable manner in which the MSB students rose up to the challenge of Pandemic would have earned kudos from even ‘Chacha’ Jawaharlal Nehru, whose birthday is celebrated as Children’s Day on 14th of November.
Children’s Day celebrations at MSB were organized virtually. Teachers made it a point to celebrate this day with great enthusiasm and zeal and made this day a memorable one for the students.
The celebrations began with Tilawat ut Dua followed by a short speech and greetings by Janab Hakimuddin bhai, Ms.Nafisa Kalangi the Academic Coordinator and Ms. Farida Electricwala, the Head of the Primary section.
A wonderful message on ‘Never to give up in life and face all the challenges that come through the way’ was delivered through the poem recitation by the class teachers followed by a short play on ‘Importance of healthy habits' The students were in awe to see their mother-like-teachers in a different role, teaching through fun.
The Magic show by the Art teacher was like a cherry on the cake.
The programme ended on a high not of excitement and engagement of students in a virtual Scavenger Hunt game. The winners of the Scavenger Hunt were awarded E-Certificates.
