VOICES - 2019 ( The Interschool Literary Fest ) We Take Immense Pleasure In Sharing With You All The Success Story Of 'VOICES-2019', An Inter School Literary Fest Hosted By The Strong Minds And Undaunted Spirit Of Team MSB Kolkata. Five Events Were Planned For The Programme With 'Chain Story Building' And 'Monologue' Being Introduced For The First Time. The First Event Monologue Itself Set The Stage On Fire. The Audience Experienced A Roller Coaster Of Emotions As The Students Made Them Laugh And Cry With Their Deliveries. Insiya Dhanerawala - Class 10 Of The Host School Left Everyone Spellbound With Her Thrilling Performance. While The Second Position Was Secured By Harvard House International. One More Fantastic Performance Was The Performance Of Our Speaker Habiba Kisangajwala Of Class 7 Who Set The Hearts Of The Judges Racing And Won The First Prize For Prose Reading As Well. The Runners Up Position Was Secured By Pratt Memorial School. When Bold Speakers Rule The Stage, The Strong Writers Don't Leave A Chance To Be Left Behind. Seven Esteemed Schools Of Kolkata Poured Their Hearts Out To Describe ‘Kolkata, The City Of Joy’ In Essay Writing Competition. And Our Own Arwa Vadnagarwala Of Class VIII Bagged The First Runner-Up Award. The First Position Was Secured By Adamas International. The Fantastic Story Starters Of ‘Chain Story Building’ Forced The Teams To Think On Their Feet And Amaze The Audience As Well As Their Team Members With Sudden Twists In The Stories. The Audience Rolled On The Floor Hearing The Stories Take Comic Turns. Harvard House International Grabbed The First Prize. Finally The "Debate" Allowed Every Speaker To Put Forward Their Arguments And Rebut Their Opponents. Two Speakers From Each Category Were Awarded. MSB Speakers Secured Third Place. MSBs All Over The World Are Especially Known For Their Warm Hospitality. With The Great Guidance Of Syedna(TUS) The Student Volunteers Of MSB Kolkata Won Appraisals From Each Coordinator Of The Participating Schools. Judges Even Sang Praises For Our Young Emcees’ Sakina Udaipurwala And Fatema Sohangpurwala Of Class 9 For Their High Standard Of Demeanour And Their Dynamic Speech Delivery. The Winners Were Felicitated By Janab Aamil Saheb. An Interschool Event Involving The Elite Schools Of Kolkata Became A Grand Success With The Hard Work And Passion Of The Faculties As Well As The Students. A Gathering Cum Competition Where Many Won And The Others Learnt. Everyone Took Away Experiences And Learning From This Literary Fest.
